As a key sales team member, you will identify and convert prospects into long-term partnerships. You excel at engaging strategic-level contacts, understanding their needs, and translating them into effective solutions.
Success in this role requires a proactive sales mindset, strong lead generation skills, and structured customer engagement. You create opportunities, ensure consistent follow-ups, and build lasting relationships. Curiosity and persistence define your approach—you seek to understand customer challenges and position our solutions as valuable business enablers.
An affinity with technology is essential. While deep technical expertise isn't required, you should grasp how cloud integration, IoT, and AI impact modern businesses. Additionally, this role demands strong leadership, the ability to structure and guide a sales team, and a focus on fostering a high-performance culture that drives measurable results.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Proactively generate leads, build a robust pipeline, and convert prospects into long-term customers through structured efforts and strategic partnerships, particularly with Microsoft.
- Strategic Consultation: Understand customer needs and market trends to propose tailored solutions, especially in Azure Integration, applications, data & AI.
- Technical Affinity: Engage confidently in discussions about our services and solutions, positioning us as a cutting-edge Microsoft partner.
- CRM Discipline: Maintain a structured and disciplined approach to CRM, ensuring accurate updates of account and deal records.
- Sales Proposals: Develop and deliver compelling sales proposals that translate software features into business value for prospects.
- Team Leadership: Lead and coach the sales team, fostering a culture of structure, persistence, and customer engagement.
- Target Achievement: Work toward and strive to exceed quarterly targets.
We’d love to welcome you to our team if:
- Experience: At least 5 years in a commercial role within the technology industry, and a strong track record in lead generation
- Leadership Skills: Previous experience in managing and structuring a sales team.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Dutch and English.
- Networking: Established connections within Microsoft and the Microsoft partner community.
- Sales Skills: Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder sales cycles, close sizable deals, and sell business value to high-ranking executives.
- Team Collaboration: Excellent relationship-building skills and experience in a team-selling environment.
- Personal Traits: Persistent, resilient, ambitious self-starter who thrives on high responsibility and engaging with C-level clients.
