To sustain our growth, we’re looking for a Senior IT Recruiter to strengthen our HR team. You’ll be the go-to person when it comes to sourcing and selecting candidates for a variety of roles, guarding our company culture during the hiring process and guaranteeing a top-notch applicant experience.
Your Role
As a Senior IT Recruiter at Codit, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle. You act as a strategic advisor to the business, combining deep sourcing expertise with market knowledge and a passion for candidate experience.
You will recruit profiles such as Azure consultants, architects, developers, data engineers, and project managers, and you know how to speak their language.
Key Responsibilities
1. Full-Cycle Recruitment
Lead job intake meetings with hiring managers to define requirements and success criteria.
Write clear, engaging, and accurate job descriptions that reflect our culture and technical expectations.
Manage the complete recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, stakeholder alignment, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
2. Proactive Sourcing
Use advanced sourcing techniques to attract top IT talent.
Maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
Identify niche markets and new sourcing opportunities.
3. Candidate Experience
Ensure a smooth, transparent, and respectful candidate journey.
Act as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the process.
Represent our company values and culture in every interaction.
4. Hiring Manager Partnership
Advise hiring managers on market insights, time-to-fill expectations, and recruitment strategies.
Challenge and support stakeholders to ensure hiring decisions align with Codit’s standards.
5. Continuous Improvement
Contribute to improving recruitment processes.
Keep the ATS and recruitment documentation structured and up to date.
About You
Must-Have Experience
3+ years of IT recruitment experience in Belgium.
Strong experience sourcing and approaching IT profiles.
Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken).
Skills & Mindset
You understand tech talent and can speak confidently about roles and skills.
Strong stakeholder management with the ability to influence and advise.
Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced consulting environment.
Solution-oriented thinker with an eye for process improvement.
